: (1) All movable and immovable property acquired by doing any act prohibited under clauses (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) of section 4 shall be confiscated. br> (2) In cases related to offenses under clauses (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) of section 4, if the person found guilty has financial means or assets that do not correspond to the source of income as far as known to him or his family, he shall prove otherwise. Except if it is possible, if such property of Naj is considered to have been acquired by acting contrary to this Act, even if such property is kept in the name of his family or someone else, that property will also be confiscated.
(3) According to sub-sections (1) and (2), if there is reasonable cause that someone has committed a crime liable to confiscation of property, if the drug control officer receives a written order to freeze the property of such a person, the investigating officer may freeze such property.
